Assistant Office Manager – Fingulf Business Park
Fingulf Business Park is seeking a full-time Assistant Office Manager to strengthen our team in Expo City Dubai.
In this versatile role, you will play a key part in ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and that our customer service remains at a high standard.
Your responsibilities

Assist with office management and coordination of daily routines

Support internal communication and documentation

Handle a variety of administrative tasks as needed

Provide IT support to staff and tenants

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and events
What we expect from you

Strong IT skills and the ability to adopt new systems quickly

Excellent organizational abilities and a structured way of working

Flexibility and readiness to take on diverse tasks, especially at the start

Several years of experience in office work and customer service

Good communication skills in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
