Assistant Office Manager – Fingulf Business Park

Fingulf Business Park is seeking a full-time Assistant Office Manager to strengthen our team in Expo City Dubai.
In this versatile role, you will play a key part in ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and that our customer service remains at a high standard.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist with office management and coordination of daily routines

  • Support internal communication and documentation

  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks as needed

  • Provide IT support to staff and tenants

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and events

What we expect from you

  • Strong IT skills and the ability to adopt new systems quickly

  • Excellent organizational abilities and a structured way of working

  • Flexibility and readiness to take on diverse tasks, especially at the start

  • Several years of experience in office work and customer service

  • Good communication skills in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)

  • A proactive and service-minded attitude
